First Visit

We provide office consultations at our various locations. We also evaluate patients who may be admitted at Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, KY. We accept a majority of health insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.

Before your first visit, please note that due to our contract requirements, we will need a referral letter. You will also need to bring with you the New Patient Pack completed to your appointment. Having this information completed will help our staff know how to better serve your needs.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Wed's 10AM to 4:30 PM
Fridays 8:30 AM to 12 PM

Please mail the most recent medical records including office notes, labs and x-ray reports to our office. The patient should also bring any related x-ray films with them to their first appointment. We will not be able to move forward with scheduling your patient without this necessary information. If you have not received an appointment date and time within 5-7 business days, please contact us at 859-623-5500.
